El yoga tiene muchos estilos de práctica, tantos que seguro encontrarás uno que se adapte a tus necesidades y preferencias. Aquí encontrarás las descripciones de los estilos más comunes de práctica de yogasana. Puedes encontrar prácticas poderosas para principiantes y muy relajantes para los más experimentados, así que no lo juzgues antes de intentarlo.

Práctica tradicional india que implica la ejecución de asanas con un enfoque detallado en su correcta alineación, sosteniendo la postura hasta integrarla en la memoria corporal. Además de las asanas, se incorpora pranayama, mudra y bandhas.

Es una practica fluida y dinámica en la cual el movimiento es sincronizado con la respiración. Se caracteriza por tener secuencias creativas.

Es una práctica de asana retadora y demandante de fuerza. También se puede conocer como vinyasa II (avanzado) donde tienes una secuencia dinámica con transiciones y asanas desafiantes. Seguramente generarás mucho fuego corporal.

Incorpora principios de la Medicina Tradicional China (MTC). No hay fuerza o calor para los músculos como el yang, pero se trabaja en el lado frío de la práctica, permaneciendo durante un largo período de tiempo en la postura para llegar a los tejidos conectivos más profundos. Beneficia al cuerpo físico y energético que trabaja con tejidos y meridianos, ademas de ayudar a generar un estado mental meditativo y de atención consciente.
